Installation

How far do you travel for mobile installations?

Typically we service a 35-45 mile radius from the 30093 zip code. We do make some exceptions to this rule, depending on what the job is.

Do you make custom enclosure boxes?

No. Everything we do has to be done on-site.

Do you install products I've purchased elsewhere (online, retail, etc.)?

Yes. We will install your products. We can only warranty the installation of your products.

Is there a trip charge for coming to me?

No. The trip charge is included into the installation price.

Location and Hours

Where is your office located?

We’re located at One Meca Way, Norcross, GA. 30093.

We are a mobile service and we dispatch our mobile installation team to you.

What are your hours of operations?

Our hours of operation are Mondays-Fridays,  9am – 7pm  and  Saturdays by appointment only. We’re closed on Sundays.

Can I bring my vehicle to your office?

No. Our office is in a business park. We do not have an installation facility on the premises.

How much will my payments be?

Payment

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

Do you take checks?

Sorry, we currently do not accept checks. However, we do accept debit cards associated with a checking with the Visa or MasterCard logo on it.

Do you have layaway plans?

Sorry we do not offer layaway plans. However, we do offer no credit check financing. Visit our financing page to see if you qualify

Warranty and Liability

Do you offer any warranties?

We offer a lifetime warranty on our installation. Most products have a 30-day over-the-counter swap warranty and a 1-year manufactures warranty. Some exceptions do apply.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry a $1 million dollar garage keepers liability policy. We can provide it upon request.
